At Carry to clutch, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we have a strict No Return & No Exchange policy except for damaged items. Please review our policy below:
1. No Returns or Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Damaged Product Claims
- If you receive a damaged item, you must report it on the same day of delivery.
- A clear video proof of the damaged product is required for a return request.
- The product must be in secure packaging as received, with:
- The brand tag attached
- No stain or used product
3. Return Process
- Once your claim is verified, the rider will come at your doorstep within 1-2 days to pickup the parcel.
- Returns will not be accepted after the same day of delivery.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days after verification.
