Return/Exchange policy

At Carry to clutch, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we have a strict No Return & No Exchange policy except for damaged items. Please review our policy below:

1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.
  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Damaged Product Claims

  • If you receive a damaged item, you must report it on the same day of delivery.
  • A clear video proof of the damaged product is required for a return request.
  • The product must be in secure packaging as received, with:
    • The brand tag attached
    • No stain or used product

3. Return Process

  • Once your claim is verified, the rider will come at your doorstep within 1-2 days to pickup the parcel.
  • Returns will not be accepted after the same day of delivery.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days after verification.
